1 Definitions and Eligibility

In this document, "xb8", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the xb8.cam website and all services under it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

The eligibility requirements to use this platform are as follows:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of a legal jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• Only persons whose accounts have not previously been closed by xb8 may open a new account.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. It is a violation of the rules if the same person or multiple members of the same family operate more than one account from the same device, IP address, or bank account.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. xb8 reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit any pending winnings if false information is provided.

Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized use of your account. xb8 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password.

3 Age Verification and Identity Proof

xb8 strictly prohibits the participation of minors. Only persons aged 21 or older may become members on this platform.

xb8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and address at any time. You may be asked to provide any one of the following official documents for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving License

xb8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed within the specified time.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xb8 is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

xb8 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. In the case of any suspicious transaction, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and information may be provided to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xb8 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

Accepting any bonus requires a 25x wagering requirement to be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Once a bonus is received, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• xb8 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

VIP Program

The xb8 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent participation and activity.

6 Gaming Rules and General Policy

All gaming activities on xb8 are governed by these terms and conditions. The specific rules for each game will be displayed within the game itself.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to loss of internet connection, a power outage, or any technical fault with a device, the result of that round will be determined according to xb8 server records. xb8 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues.

Finality of Game Results

Any game result confirmed by the server shall be considered final. No game result will be overturned unless evidence of a technical error is found.

Fair Play

xb8 uses industry-standard technology to ensure impartial and fair outcomes across all games. The result of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of an account:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using any hacking software, bots, or automated tools.
• Any attempt to disrupt the operation of the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Operating a betting service on behalf of third parties.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

xb8 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• False claims regarding age.
• Direction from a legal authority.

Account Closure at the User's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

xb8 bears no liability in the following cases:

• Game loss due to loss of internet connection.
• Faults in third-party software or devices.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
• Natural disasters or other unforeseeable events (force majeure).
